Layer Manager

The Layer Manager organizes the layers of the texture. Layers at the top of the list sit over the ones below.

Layers

• Select: Click a layer. Ctrl or Shift selects several.
• Reorder: Drag the layer up or down.
• Rename: Double click the name.
• Show or hide: Click the eye icon.
• Opacity: Click the layer's percentage, or use the control in the bar to change all selected layers.
• Blend mode: How the layer mixes with the ones below.

Actions

The bar buttons add, duplicate, delete and merge the active layer with the one below. The context menu also turns text, shape and vector layers into pixels.
