The Gear is a toothed wheel with a hole in the center.
Properties
- Body Radius: The radius of the wheel, without the teeth.
- Tooth Height: How far the teeth stick out of the wheel.
- Teeth: How many teeth.
- Thickness: The thickness of the wheel.
- Hole Radius: The radius of the hole.
- Corner Radius: Rounds the edges, including around the teeth and the hole.
- Corner Seg.: How smooth the rounding is. With 1, the corner becomes a straight bevel.
Two gears mesh when they have the same tooth height and the distance between their centers is the sum of their radii.
